Copy the video link from youtube and paste it to "Add video box". It's very easy and make sure you select "Yes" for publishing the video.

More information about adding videos is under "Help" section in front page. Also, if you go to the forum to "posting videos help", it tells you how to add videos.
As a matter of fact, it's very simple, just copy the link from youtube and paste it to yementube under "Add Videos" button. Thank you,
