May Allah (swt) make your project successful. I just have some advice.

1 - Make a search bar on the main page
2 - Create smaller URLs like YouTube or Friendly URLs (meaning it shows the title of the video in the link) instead of all the "/component..." etc.
3 - Since you guys are using Joomla CMS, then you should be able adjust the CSS and make the video larger than it is.
4 - Log In area should also be on the main page.
5 - Register button should be on the main page as well.
6 - The width of the video browser should be smaller.

I'll add more when I think of them inshaAllah.

More naseeha, inshaAllah!

1) I would think about removing the large horizontal banner (150x500?). And instead put the search bar, the login area, large register advertisement, and a brief introduction to what YemenTube or YemTube is all about.

Put googleAds and make more money :-D

The search bar is on the main page, if you go to www.yementube.com, you'll see the search bar

2 - Create smaller URLs like YouTube or Friendly URLs (meaning it shows the title of the video in the link) instead of all the "/component..." etc.
Insha'llah we'll make the url links user friendly soon. Although currently we are working on adding a gallery to the website where users can add pictures and so on.

3 - Since you guys are using Joomla CMS, then you should be able adjust the CSS and make the video larger than it is.
Initially we had the video larger than now but the video was a bit blurry, the current size seems to be best. Users can always play videos in full screen just like youtube.


4 - Log In area should also be on the main page.
5 - Register button should be on the main page as well.

We will modify this in the future as we get more feedback from users. We will also come up with different interface in the future.
